Gemäß § 130 Absatz (1) BörseG wird bekanntgegeben, dass die Rosenbauer Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH mit dem Sitz in Leonding, FN 268395 z, 1.710.200 an der Rosenbauer International AG mit dem Sitz in Leonding, FN 78543 f, gehaltene Stückaktien auf die RVG NewCo GmbH mit dem Sitz in Leonding, FN 632447 w, abgespalten hat.

Die Rosenbauer Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH hat demgemäß ihre Beteiligung an der Rosenbauer International AG von 51 % (3.468.000 Stimmrechte) auf 25,85 % (1.757.800 Stimmrechte) reduziert. Die RVG NewCo GmbH hält nunmehr 25,15 % der Aktien der Rosenbauer International AG mit 1.710.200 Stimmrechten.
