Further to the announcement of Agros Development Company "Proodos" Public Ltd (the "Company"), dated 26 September 2024, and the announcement of Mr. Balram Chainrai (the "Offeror"), dated 11 October 2024, regarding his intention to make an optional Public Bid for the acquisition of up to 100% - and a minimum of 76% - of the Company's issued share capital, the Company's Board of Directors considered during a meeting all relevant information put before it and the Offeror's request to conduct legal, financial and technical checks (due diligences).
The Board of Directors intends to cooperate with the Offeror's advisors and provide all necessary information for the smooth and speedy completion of the said due diligences the soonest possible.
The Board of Directors will inform investors of any developments.
