Board Appointments

The PRS REIT plc, the closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in high-quality, new build, family homes in the private rented sector, confirms that, in line with the Company's announcement of 13 September 2024, Christopher Mills and Robert Naylor have been appointed to the Board as non-executive directors, with effect from 8 October 2024. In addition, they will both be proposed for election at the Company's forthcoming AGM.  

Disclosures in connection to the appointments of Robert Naylor and Christopher Mills, pursuant to the UK Listing

Rule 6.4.8, were announced on 20 September 2024.
