Block listing application
Aviva plc (the Company) announces that an application has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 32 17/19 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that admission will become effective on 11 October 2024.
The new Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time to satisfy the release of awards under the Company's Global Matching Share Plan. Such new Ordinary Shares will, when issued, be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
