(the "Fund / FP") , would like to inform shareholders and investors regarding the amendment of the 2024 financial calendar for Fondul Proprietatea S.A. published on 29 January 2024.

The update refers to the cancellation of the investors' conference call scheduled on 15 November 2024 for presenting Fondul Proprietatea's financial results for the third quarter of 2024, as detailed below.
