Dividend declaration

The Company announces a dividend of 4.4375 pence per share for the six-month period ending 31 December 2024 on the Company's 8 7/8% Cumulative Irredeemable Preference shares of £1. The dividend will be paid on 1 January 2025* to shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on 6 December 2024.

*As the payment date falls on a non-working day, payment will be made on the first working day following the payment date.
