Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 7 ottobre 2024 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 16 aprile 2024 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 30 settembre al 4 ottobre 2024, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 35.700 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 4.967.300 azioni proprie, pari al 9,199% del capitale sociale e al 6,267% sui diritti di voto.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, October 7th, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 16th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period September 30th and October 4th, 2024, acquired on the EXM 35,700 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,967,300 treasury shares, equal to 9.199% of the share capital and 6.267% on the voting rights.
