Nocivelli ABP, integrazione al comunicato stampa sui risultati consolidati FY 23-24

Castegnato (Brescia), 27 settembre 2024 – A.B.P. Nocivelli S.p.A., Esco Company leader del settore nelle operazioni di Partenariato Pubblico Privato per la realizzazione di strutture sanitarie e ospedaliere, quotata nel segmento Euronext Growth Milan (Codice ISIN IT0005439861, Ticker ABP:IM), a integrazione del comunicato stampa diffuso in data odierna relativo ai risultati consolidati al 30 giugno 2024, comunica che, in riferimento alla proposta di distribuzione di un dividendo pari a Euro 0,06 per azione, lo stacco della cedola è previsto per il giorno 18/11/2024, record date al 19/11/2024 e con pagamento il successivo 20/11/2024.

Il Gruppo Nocivelli ABP è stato fondato a Castegnato (Brescia) nel 1963 e ha inizialmente operato nel commercio di prodotti petroliferi e lubrificanti. Dal 1988 ha diversificato la propria attività specializzandosi nella realizzazione di impianti tecnologici, meccanici ed elettrici, nella costruzione di opere edili, civili e industriali e nel Facility Management. Il Gruppo Nocivelli è composto dalla capogruppo ABP Nocivelli S.p.A. e dalla controllata (al 100%) RPP srl Run Power Plants, acquisita nel 2016, specializzata nella progettazione, realizzazione, fornitura, installazione e manutenzione di illuminazione LED. Il Gruppo ha la sede principale a Castegnato (BS) ed è presente con sedi operative a Brescia, Chieti Scalo e Ponderano (Biella). RPP ha sede a Castenedolo (BS). Bruno Nocivelli è il Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione, mentre Nicola Turra ricopre il ruolo di Amministratore Delegato. Al 30 giugno 2024 i dati d'esercizio del gruppo hanno riportato un Valore della Produzione pari a 76,5 milioni di Euro, con un EBITDA pari a 15,2 milioni di Euro e un utile netto di 10,7 milioni di Euro.

Castegnato (Brescia), September 27, 2024 – A.B.P. Nocivelli S.p.A., an Esco Company specialized in building technological systems and facility management services, and a nationwide Public-Private Partnership clinic and hospital construction leader, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan's segment (ISIN Code IT0005439861, Ticker ABP:IM), as an integration to the press release issued today regarding the consolidated results as of June 30, 2024, announces that, with reference to the dividend's distribution proposal of Euro 0.06 per share, the coupon detachment is scheduled for 18/11/2024, with a record date of 19/11/2024, and payment on the following 20/11/2024.

The Nocivelli ABP Group was founded in Castegnato (Brescia) in 1963 and initially traded in petroleum products and lubricants.
