RESIGNATION OF STANDING AUDITOR
Rome, 02 October 2024 – The Board of Directors of La SIA S.p.A. ('La SIA' or the 'Company'), a company active in the engineering & design sector, whose ordinary shares are traded on the multilateral trading system Euronext Growth Milan, organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., informs that yesterday acting standing auditor Dr. Stefano Fiorini resigned with immediate effect, for personal reasons.
Pursuant to law, Dr. Stefano Fiorini is succeeded by Alternate Auditor Dr. Concetta Loprete, whose resume is available on the Company's website at www.lasia.it, "Governance" section.
During the next Shareholders' Meeting, it will be carried out the necessary integration of the Board of Statutory Auditors, in accordance with the provisions of current laws and regulations.
The Society would like to thank Dr. Stefano Fiorini for his valuable contribution and commitment to his work.
It should be noted that, according to available information, neither Dr. Stefano Fiorini nor Dr. Concetta Loprete holds shares in the Company as of today.
