Remedy Entertainment Plc Stock exchange release September 30, 2024, 9:45 a.m. EEST Share subscriptions based on stock options 2019 Between June 1 and September 15, 2024, a total of 5,000 Remedy Entertainment Plc's new shares have been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2019. For subscriptions made with stock options 2019, the entire subscription price of EUR 46,150.00 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity. After registration with the Trade Register, the total amount of shares is 13,574,151. The shares subscribed for with stock options 2019 have been registered in the Trade Register on September 30, 2024, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights. The shares will be traded on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd together with the old shares as of October 1, 2024. The share subscription period for stock options 2019 started on 1 June 2022 and will end on 31 May 2025.
