Nurminen Logistics Plc's Finnish Subsidiary Concludes Change Negotiations

Nurminen Logistics Plc Stock Exchange Release September 30, 2024, at 1.10. p.m.

The change negotiations of Nurminen Logistics Plc's Finnish subsidiary, Nurminen Logistics Services Oy, have concluded. The negotiations addressed the termination or significant reduction of terminal operations in Vainikkala and the reorganisation of forwarding operations in Kotka. Additionally, the merging of overlapping roles was considered.

As a result of these changes, the employment of 11 people in the company will be terminated. Furthermore, the operation of the Vainikkala terminal will transition to a project-based model.
