T he Company has received notification that North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, a legal person closely associated with Christopher Mills, a Director of the Company, sold 300,000 Ordinary   shares in the Company in London on 1 October 2024 at a price of £6.10 per Ordinary Share.

Following the sale, Christopher Mills is beneficially interested in 6,055,000 ordinary shares of £0.02 each (10.37% of the Company's issued shares).
