The above estimate does not include the financial results for the third quarter of 2024, attributable to the Company from its shareholding in the associated companies Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd ("Hellenic Bank") and Verendrya Ventures Ltd ("Verendrya"), as this information is not available. The inclusion of Hellenic Bank's and Verendrya's aforesaid results in the Company's results may vary this estimate.
