Pursuant to the Art. 474, Paragraph 1 of the Capital Market, GRANOLIO d.d., Zagreb, Pere Budmanija Street No. 5, OIB: 59064993527, MBS: 080111595, company entered into the Court registry of the Commercial Court in Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company), hereby announces that on September 30, 2024 has acquired 500 of its own shares, ticker GRNL-R-A, which rappresents 0,02629% of the Company's share capital.
Following the aforementioned acquisition, the Company holds a total of 500 of its own shares, which rappresents 0,02629% of the Company's share capital.
This announcement has been submitted to the Official Register of Regulated Information of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA), the Zagreb Stock Exchange, and the Croatian News Agency (Hina OTS), and is also available on the Company's website at www.granolio.hr.
