Notification of Change in particulars of a Director

Drax Group plc advises that Mr. Rob Shuter, a non-executive director of Drax, has been appointed a non-executive director and member of the Supervisory Board of Royal KPN N.V. ("KPN") a company listed on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange.

The appointment has today been approved by the shareholders of KPN at their extraordinary general meeting and is effective immediately for a period of three and a half years, up to and including the AGM to be held in 2028.
