Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 27 September 2024 it had purchased a total of 5,415 of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each (the "ordinary shares"), through the Company's broker Barclays Capital Securities Limited as detailed below. The repurchased ordinary shares will be held in treasury.

The purchases form part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on 01 August 2024.

Following settlement of the above purchases, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue (including treasury shares) shall be 104,446,214 ordinary shares. The total number of ordinary shares held in treasury is 5,419,511.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company, excluding treasury shares, is 99,026,703. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 as incorporated into and implemented under English law (including by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018), the detailed breakdown of individual trades made by Barclays Capital Securities Limited on behalf of the Company as part of the share buyback programme is set out below.
