Mr Robert King, Chairman of the Company, purchased 9,190 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of USD1.29789 per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Robert King has a beneficial interest in 65,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.024% of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
Mrs Christine Rødsæther, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of USD1.30000 per Ordinary Share.
