Aktia Savings Bank plc Stock exchange release 29 March 2007 at 2:00 p.m. The Board of Directors of Aktia Savings Bank plc has today decided, supported by the authorisations given by the Bank's AGM on 21 December 2006 regarding the establishment of share-based incentives for the Group's key personnel, decided on a directed share issue to named persons in the Bank's senior executive management.
