SOLTEQ PLC STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT ON JUNE 19th, 2007 A total of 2,000 shares in Solteq Plc have been subscribed with the serie 2001 A warrants and a total of 4,000 shares have been subscribed with the serie 2003 B warrants by May 22nd, 2007. The subscription price in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Warrants of serie 2001 A is EUR 0.90 and serie 2003 B EUR 0.60. The corresponding increase in the share capital due to these subscriptions with the warrants, in total EUR 498,41, was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on June 19th, 2007. As a result of the increase, the share capital of Solteq currently is EUR 1.000.498,41 and the total number of shares is 12,044,229. The holders of the new shares are entitled to all shareholders' rights from the registration date, i.e. June 19th, 2007. Listing of the new shares based on subscriptions with warrants will be applied for at the Helsinki Exchanges together with the old shares beginning June 20th, 2007.
