The Republic of Finland has today sold 40.097.420 shares of Kemira Oyj and, as a result, the Republic of Finland´s holding of the share capital and voting rights in Kemira Oyj has decreased to 16,52%. Buyers are Oras Invest Oy, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company and Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company. Therefore we hereby notify the Finnish Financial Supervision Authority and Kemira Oyj the following:
