Citycon s new shares entered in the Trade Register

CITYCON OYJ Stock Exchange Announcement 10 October 2007 at 9.00 hrs The new shares issued in Citycon Oyj's rights issue, totalling 27,594,782 shares, have today been entered in the Trade Register and they will be recorded in the book-entry accounts of the shareholders also today. The new shares are subject to public trading on the OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki together with the other Citycon shares as of 11 October 2007. The new shares entitle their holders to full dividend and to all other rights attached to the shares in the company as of today. Following the registration of the shares in the Trade Register, the total number of Citycon shares amounts to 220,758,254.
