NURMINEN LOGISTICS PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 11 JANUARY 2008 NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 2(10) OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT Nurminen Logistics Plc (“Company”) has received a notification in accordance with Chapter 2(9) of the Securities Markets Act stating that the number of Company shares and voting rights attached thereto owned by John Nurminen Oy has exceeded one-twentieth (1/20) of all Nurminen Logistics Plc's shares and votes as a result of the mandatory tender offer ended on 4 January 2008. The share transactions which were made in connection with the tender offer were settled on 11 January 2008.
