1. Note 39 (Share-based payments) Agreements of stock options Jon Sigurdsson, CEO of FL Group hf.: Has a total number of share options in FL Group hf. of 201.5 million through two comparable optionplans. 1/3 of each can be executed annually. The former includes 51.5 million shares at an exercise price of 13.6 exercisable on 10 November 2006, 2007 and 2008. The latter includes 150 million shares at an exercise price of 14.7 exercisable on 1 March 2009, 2010 and 2011. Five Managing Directors of FL Group hf.: The total number of shares in FL Group hf. is 182.7 million shares. Weighted average exercise price of the shares is 15.1. These stock options are comparable as 1/3 of them can be executed annually. The Managing Directors´ stock options are exercisable from February 2008 to December 2010. All aforementioned stock options will be adjusted relatively for dividend payout. 2.
