Decision of Helsinki Court of Appeal on dispute between F-Secure and SRV Viitoset Oy favorable to SRV

Decision of Helsinki Court of Appeal on dispute between F-Secure and SRV Viitoset Oy favorable to SRV Helsinki Court of Appeal has today announced its decision on the dispute between F-Secure Corporation and SRV Viitoset Oy. The dispute is about the construction work done and if it is covered by the original rental agreement. According to the decision of Helsinki Court of Appeal the construction work is not covered by the original rental agreement. F-Secure is sentenced to pay EUR 793 230,53 and the costs of the trial plus interest to SRV Viitoset Oy. F-Secure consider applying for leave to appeal for Supreme Court. F-Secure have already accrued possible payments based on the verdict by Helsinki District Court. The financial impact pursuant to this claim will be periodized for the duration of the rental period starting from September 2005 until the end of 2010.
