NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT

Trainers' House Plc has on 10 March 2008 received the following notification of change in ownership. Raif Nisametdin's and RHED Consulting Oy's (1098871-0), which is a company controlled by Mr. Nisametdin, aggregate holding in Trainers' House Plc has decreased to under 1/20 on 7 March 2008. Raif Nisametdin owns 0 shares. RHED Consulting Oy owns 10.000 shares. RHED Consulting Oy also owns 25.000 pcs of OMX forward trading contracts, corresponding to 2.500.000 shares, which expire on 20 March 2008 and 2.400 pcs of OMX forward trading contracts,corresponding to 240.000 shares, which expire on 20 March 2009. The aggregate holding of Mr. Nisametdin and RHED Consulting Oy after the forward trading contracts have expired on 20 March 2009 is 2.750.000 shares, corresponding to 4,04 % of shares and voting rights.
