Atria Plc Company Announcement 23 June 2008 at 1.30 pm The Swedish Competition Authorities have approved Atria and AB Ridderheims Delikatesser transaction Under an agreement signed on 2 June 2008, Atria Plc has bought business operations of AB Ridderheims Delikatesser. The transaction was subject to the approval of the Swedish Competition Authorities. The Swedish Competition Authorities have approved the transaction on 18 June 2008.
