EXEL OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 23.12.2008 at 10.15 1 (1) EXEL OYJ'S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND FINANCIAL CALENDAR IN 2009 Exel Oyj's Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 16 April 2009 at 10.00 am at Kansallissali at Aleksanterinkatu 44, Helsinki, Finland. Exel will publish its financial statement bulletin on Friday 13 February 2009 at approximately 11 am and its Annual Report on week 11. In 2009 Exel will publish interim reports as follows: - January - March on Thursday 7 May 2009 at approx. 11 am - January - June on Thursday 23 July 2009 at approx. 11 am - January - September on Thursday 29 October 2009 at approx. 11 am Stock exchange releases will be published in Finnish and in English.
