As a part of adjustment measures the company starts co-determination negotiations concerning reorganizations, temporary lay-offs, redundancies and other possible alternatives. The possible need for temporary lay-offs and redundancies as well as the duration of the temporary lay-offs will be determined in detail during the co-determination negotiations. The company´s cost saving goal for the year 2009 is EUR 1.5 million.
