NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT

TRAINERS' HOUSE PLC ANNOUNCEMENT MARCH 25,2009 AT 1.45 PM Nordea Bank AB (publ.) (business ID: 516406-0120) has announced that a total of 20.930 forward contracts concerning shares in Trainers' House Plc, corresponding to 2.093.000 shares, entered into by its Finnish subsidiary Nordea Bank Finland Plc (1680235-8) have matured on 20 March 2009. Nordea Bank Finland Plc now owns 1.555.736 shares in Trainers' House Plc which corresponds to 2,29 per cent of the share capital and voting rights and accordingly, Nordea Bank Finland Plc's ownership has decreased to under 1/20. Furthermore, Nordea Bank Finland Plc has concluded forward contracts maturing in June and September 2009, after which Nordea Bank Finland Plc's holding of Trainers' House Plc's share capital and voting rights will decrease further. Nordea Bank Finland Plc has purchased the shares in Trainers' House Plc as a part of its market making activities.
