Markku Rönkkö elected to the Tulikivi Corporation Board of Directors.

Markku Rönkkö was elected as a new member of the Tulikivi Corporation Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting held on 31 March 2009. He has over 30 years of experience as the managing director of various companies and in management positions in financial administration. He is a member of the Board of numerous companies and a shareholder of the Boardman Ltd board specialist network.

Markku Rönkkö, M.Sc. (Econ. & Bus. Admin.), (b.1951) has been the managing director of Olvi plc, Savon Voima Oyj, Karelia-Upofloor Ltd and Järvi-Suomen Portti Osuuskunta.

Markku Rönkkö has considerable experience of being a Board member. He is a shareholder of the Boardman Ltd board specialist network. In addition to the Tulikivi Corporation, he is also currently a member of the Board of the following companies: Altia Corporation, Järvi-Suomen Portti Osuuskunta, Osuuskunta KPY, Profile Vehicles Oy and Voimatel Oy.

Markku Rönkkö was elected to the Board of Tulikivi to replace Reijo Vauhkonen.
