The Review Report to the Shareholders of AB Snaige

We have reviewed AB Snaigė (hereinafter the Company) and its subsidiaries (hereinafter the Group) Consolidated Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2008 presented to us in Lithuanian language. The report is the responsibility of the Company's management. We were engaged to audit the financial statements of AB Snaige and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2008 in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, as adopted by the European Union and on 2 April 2009 we have expressed the disclaimer of opinion on these financial statements.

Our review of the Consolidated Annual Report of AB Snaigė for the year ended 31 December 2008 was limited primarily to analytical procedures and discussions with the Company's and the Group's personnel responsible for the financial, accounting and business activities. Procedures mentioned above was adjusted solely to the financial information of the year 2008 and do not include the previous year financial information. The scope of review provides less assurance than the audit for the purpose of expressing an audit opinion on this report. Accordingly, we do not express an audit opinion.

The preparation of Consolidated Annual Report of AB Snaige for the year ended 31 December 2008 requires the Management of the Company to interpret the criterion of significance and decide what information should be included as well as to make assumptions and evaluations which influences the accompanying information. Consolidated Annual Report of AB Snaige for the year ended 31 December 2008 includes operating plans and contingencies. Due to the specifics of forecasts mentioned above the actual results in the future often might be different from the current management's estimations and the differences might be significant.

We have read the Consolidated Annual Report of AB Snaigė for the year ended 31 December 2008 (presented to us in the Lithuanian language) and have not noted any material inconsistencies between the financial information included in it and the financial statements of AB Snaigė, prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the European Union.
