SAES Getters S.p.A hereby announces that from today became effective the increase of voting rights relating to nr. 1.465.731 SAES Getters S.p.A. ordinary shares owned by S.G.G. Holding S.p.A. pursuant to article 127quinquiesof Legislative Decree 58/98 and in application of the by-laws.
