Amaro (UD), 7 agosto 2019 - Si rende noto che in data odierna sono state ricevute le dimissioni da membro del Consiglio di Amministrazione dei Consiglieri Giuseppe Panizzardi, Giorgio Mosca e Marina Pizzol che avranno effetto dalla prima tra (i) la data dell'assemblea dei soci della Società che sarà eventualmente convocata per deliberare in merito alla nomina di nuovi membri del consiglio di amministrazione in sostituzione degli amministratori dimissionari, prima dell'apertura dei lavori e (ii) la data del 15 ottobre 2019.
Il Consigliere Panizzardi oltre ad essere Presidente di Eurotech è membro del Comitato per la Remunerazione. Il Consigliere Marina Pizzol è membro del Comitato Controllo e Rischi.
Nessuno dei consiglieri dimissionari possiede alla data odierna azioni di Eurotech S.p.A.

Amaro (Italy) – August 7th, 2019 - It should be noted that resignation from the Board of Directors of the Directors Giuseppe Panizzardi, Giorgio Mosca and Marina Pizzol has been received today. The resignation will take effect from the first of (i) the date of the shareholders' meeting of the Company that will be convened to resolve on the appointment of new members of the Board of Directors to replace the resigning directors, before the opening of proceedings and (ii) the date of 15 October 2019.
The Director Panizzardi is not only the Chairman of Eurotech but also a member of the Remuneration Committee. The Director Marina Pizzol is a member of the Control and Risk Committee.
None of the directors who have resigned as at today's date hold shares in Eurotech S.p.A.
