The company's previous CEO, Timo Juurakko, is leaving the company. Markku Pihlajaniemi has over 20 years' experience in executive positions in the contact center industry and is also one of the original owners of Midas Touch. Midas Touch is one of Finland's leading contact center companies with sites in Iisalmi, Jämsä, Lapinlahti, Lappeenranta and Pieksämäki. The company employs some 450 staff.
