STOCKMANN plc Changes in company's own shares 4.6.2009 at 10.15 STOCKMANN HAS SOLD TREASURE SHARES In public trading arranged by NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Oy on 3 June 2009, Stockmann has sold the 336,528 Series B shares it has held (treasure shares) to investors procured by a securities intermediary. The shares were sold as a part of the capital releasing programme which has been disclosed earlier. After the transfer, the company does not hold its own shares.
