INFORMATIVA PERIODICA SULL'ACQUISTO DI AZIONI PROPRIE

Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie autorizzato dall'Assemblea del 18 aprile 2019, il cui avvio è stato annunciato in data 30 luglio 2019, Brembo comunica di aver acquistato sul Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA), nel periodo compreso tra il 2 e il 6 settembre 2019, n. 330.000 azioni ordinarie Brembo Spa (pari allo 0,0988% del Capitale Sociale), al prezzo medio unitario di € 8,43707 al netto delle commissioni, per un controvalore complessivo pari a € 2.784.232,30.

DISCLOSURE REGARDING PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

As part of the share buyback program authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 18 April 2019, and following the announcement dated 30 July, Brembo has purchased on the Italian Stock Exchange (M.T.A.) 330.000 of the Company ordinary shares (approximately 0,0988% of the share capital), in the period between 2 and 6 September, at an average price of EUR 8,43707 per share, net of commissions, for a total amount of EUR 2.784.232,30.
