TELESTE CORPORATION DISPOSES OF ITS SHARES

TELESTE CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 10.6.2009 AT 15.30 TELESTE CORPORATION DISPOSES OF ITS SHARES Teleste Corporation has disposed some of its own shares as consideration in a transaction in which Teleste Corporation purchased the entire share stock of DINH Telecom S.A on 4 April 2007. The disposal of the company's shares is based on the authorisation given by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 7th April 2009. The value of the shares disposed is based on the average trading rate on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. between 2nd March and 27th March 2009, i.e. EUR 3.34 per share. These shares account for 2.61 % of the entire share stock of Teleste Corporation.
