BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING CALLED

Rome, 16 September 2019 – Following on from the release dated 13 September 2019, Atlantia announces that the Company's Chairman, Fabio Cerchiai, in agreement with the Chief Executive Officer, has called a meeting of the Board of Directors for Tuesday, 17 September at 2.30pm. The agenda for the meeting will include, among other things, a statement from the Chief Executive Officer.
