ATRIA PLC COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT 25 JUNE 2009 at 4.00 pm ELECTION OF THE BOARD MEMBERS AND THE CHAIRMEN OF ATRIA PLC The organization meeting of the Supervisory Board of Atria Plc, held after the Annual General Meeting, decided to re-elect the Board member Tuomo Heikkilä. Esa Kaarto was elected a new member of the Board, replacing Ilkka Yliluoma. Ari Pirkola was elected the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Seppo Paavola as the Vice Chairman. The Chairman of the Board of Directors Martti Selin was re-elected. The Board of Directors of Atria Plc is as follows: the Chairman of the Board of Directors Martti Selin, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Timo Komulainen, and the Board members Tuomo Heikkilä, Esa Kaarto, Runar Lillandt, Harri Sivula and Matti Tikkakoski.
