Deliberato acconto su dividendo 2019: € 0,43 per azione
Roma, 19 settembre 2019 – Il Consiglio di Amministrazione, nella riunione odierna, ha deliberato di attribuire agli azionisti un acconto sul dividendo 2019 di € 0,43 per ciascuna azione in circolazione alla data di stacco cedola del 23 settembre 2019 1 con messa in pagamento il 25 settembre 2019 2 , come anticipato al mercato il 26 luglio scorso in occasione della pubblicazione dei risultati del secondo trimestre.
Ai possessori di ADRs registrati entro il 24 settembre 2019, quotati alla Borsa di New York e rappresentativi ciascuno di due azioni Eni, sarà distribuito un acconto dividendo di € 0,86 per ADR, pagabile il 10 ottobre 2019 3 .
La società di revisione ha rilasciato il parere previsto dall'art. 2433-bis, comma 5, del codice civile.
L'acconto dividendo è stato deliberato sulla base della situazione contabile della capogruppo Eni SpA al 30 giugno 2019 redatta secondo gli IFRS, che chiude con l'utile netto di € 4.296 milioni4 .

1 Il dividendo, a seconda dei percettori, è soggetto a ritenuta alla fonte a titolo di imposta o concorre in misura parziale alla formazione del reddito imponibile.

Lgs. 24 febbraio 1998, n. 58 (TUF) la legittimazione al pagamento dell'acconto sul dividendo è determinata con riferimento alle evidenze dei conti dell'intermediario di cui all'articolo 83-quater, comma 3 del TUF, al termine della giornata contabile del 24 settembre 2019 (record date).

Approval of 2019 interim dividend: € 0.43 per share
Rome, 19 September 2019 – Eni's Board of Directors today resolved to distribute to Shareholders an interim dividend for the fiscal year 2019 of € 0.43 per share outstanding at the ex-dividend date as of 23 September 2019 5 , payable on 25 September 2019. The proposal to distribute an interim dividend of € 0.43 was announced to the market on 26 July 2019 6 , when the Company published its second quarter results.
Holders of ADRs, outstanding at the record date of 24 September 2019, will receive € 0.86 per ADR, payable on 10 October 2019 7 , with each ADR listed on the New York Stock Exchange representing two Eni shares.
Eni's independent auditors have issued their report pursuant to Article 2433-bis, paragraph 5, of the Italian Civil Code.
The Board's resolution on the interim dividend was made on the basis of the separate financial statements of the parent company Eni SpA at 30 June 2019 and for the six months then ended, prepared in accordance with IFRS, which showed a net profit of € 4,296 million8 .
