THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ELICA S.P.A. APPOINTS MR. GIULIO COCCI AS THE GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Fabriano, September 30th , 2019 – The Board of Directors of Elica S.p.A., parent company of Elica Group world leader in the manufacturing of kitchen hoods and aspirating hobs, has today met in Fabriano, and has resolved to appoint with immediate effect, Mr. Giulio Cocci as the Group Chief Financial Officer, replacing Mr. Alessandro Carloni.

Mr. Alessandro Carloni, who has resigned from the Company as from November 1 st , 2019 to seize a new professional opportunity, expresses his gratitude to Elica for the opportunities that have been offered him. Mr. Francesco Casoli, Chairman of Elica Group, Mr. Mauro Sacchetto, CEO, along with the whole Board of Directors, wish to thank Mr. Carloni for his constant commitment and active contribution that have helped making Elica S.p.A. grow.

Mr. Giulio Cocci, born in Fermo on April 13th , 1970, bachelor's degree in Business and Economics, joined Elica on March 16th , 2018 in the position of Group Controlling & Investor Relations Director.

A Finance Executive with over 20 years of international experience in the household appliances sector, Mr. Giulio Cocci has covered positions of increasing responsibility in Indesit Company and Whirlpool Corporation, the world's leading producer of home appliances, including CFO Russian Federation & CIS, Regional Finance Director East Europe, CFO Turkey and Spain.

Mr. Giulio Cocci, having all the requisites envisaged by the applicable legislation and by the Articles of Association, has also been appointed as Director in charge of drafting accounting documents, subject to the favorable evaluation of the Board of Statutory Auditors.

We also inform that, to our knowledge, Mr. Alessandro Carloni does not personally hold any shares in Elica S.p.A..
