ANNOUNCEMENT
BLUE - Second lnterim Dividend Pavment to Shareholders
We wish to inform you thai at a meeting held today, the Board of Directors decided the payment of a Second lnterim Dividend from the profits of 2022.
The second interim dividend will be €308.756 which corresponds to €0,02 per share or 11 ,760/o on the share nominal value.
The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders registered as at 22nd October 2024 (record date). As a result, the ex-dividend date will be the 2lstOctober 2024.
The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders on the 1"t of November 2024.
