Resolution 18: Calling of general meetings on 14 days’ notice

The following special resolution was duly passed as special business by the Company at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at the offices of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF on 26 June 2024 and is hereby submitted to the National Storage Mechanism in accordance with UKLR 6.4.2.
SPECIAL RESOLUTION
To authorise the directors to call a general meeting of the Company, other than an annual general meeting, on not less than 14 clear days’ notice.
