Variazione calendario finanziario: Approvazione Resoconto Intermedio di Gestione al 30 settembre 2019

Milano, 8 ottobre 2019: A parziale modifica del calendario degli eventi societari per l'esercizio 2019, pubblicato lo scorso 16 gennaio, ai sensi dell'Art. 2.6.2 del Regolamento di Borsa Italiana SpA si comunica che il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Saras SpA chiamato ad approvare il Resoconto Intermedio di Gestione al 30 settembre 2019 si terrà il giorno 30 ottobre 2019, anziché il giorno 4 novembre 2019 precedentemente indicato.

Lo stesso giorno, dopo la conclusione del Consiglio di Amministrazione verrà diffuso il relativo comunicato stampa e, nel pomeriggio, il management terrà la consueta conference call con gli analisti e gli investitori.

La suddetta variazione del calendario finanziario sarà pubblicata sul sito internet della Società (www.saras.it), nella sezione "Investitori, Calendario Finanziario,2019".

Amendment to the financial calendar: Approval of Interim financial Report as of 30th September 2019

Milan, 8th October 2019: As a partial amendment to the corporate financial calendar for the year 2019, which was published last January 16th, pursuant to Art. 2.6.2 of the Regulation of Borsa Italiana SpA, we hereby give notice that the Board of Directors' meeting for Approval of Interim financial Report as of 30th September 2019 will be held on 30th October 2019, instead of the 4th November 2019 previously indicated.

On the same day, after the conclusion of the Board of Directors' meeting the subsequent Press Release will be published and, in the afternoon, the management will hold the usual conference call for analysts and investors.

The above amendment to the financial calendar will be published on the company's website (www.saras.it), under "Investors, Financial Calendar, 2019".
