Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie

Torino, 14 ottobre 2019 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 19 aprile 2019 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in data 7 maggio 2019, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 7 all'11 ottobre 2019, ha acquistato sul Mercato Telematico Azionario n. 27.000 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 7.495.822 azioni proprie, pari al 12,29% del capitale sociale.

Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, October 14, 2019 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 19th, 2019, whose commencement was announced on May 7th, 2019, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period October 7th and 11th, 2019, acquired on the MTA 27.000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 7,495,822 treasury shares, equal to 12.29% of the share capital.
