MIDAS TOUCH OY TO LAUNCH CO-OPERATION NEGOTIATIONS

Revenio Group Corporation Stock Exchange Release, August 17, 2009 at 2:30 pm MIDAS TOUCH OY TO LAUNCH CO-OPERATION NEGOTIATIONS Co-operation negotiations will be launched in Midas Touch Oy, a Revenio Group Corporation subsidiary in the Services segment, in order to continue adapting its operations to the current market situation. The negotiations concern salaried employees in all Midas Touch Oy subgroup companies, as well as those working in a discontinued business area within a subsidiary of Midas Touch Oy. The staff effects of the co-operation negotiations will differ between the various Midas Touch subgroup companies, and will affect approximately 50-60 persons in total. These co-operation negotiations will not affect Revenio Group Corporation's previously announced profit guidance for 2009.
