Kemira Oyj: damage claim for violation of competition laws

Kemira Oyj has today received a summons where it is stated that Cartel Damage Claims Hydrogen Peroxide SA (CDC) has filed an action against six hydrogen peroxide manufacturers, including Kemira, for violations of competition law applicable to the hydrogen peroxide business. Kemira Oyj has informed about the damage claim in the interim report for January–June 2009. Kemira will get acquainted with the summons.
