NEW DIRECTOR APPOINTED

Rome, 31 October 2019 – Atlantia SpA's Board of Directors, pursuant to art. 2386 of the Italian Civil Code, has today coopted Sabrina Benetton on to the Board as a non-executive Director of the Company.

Sabrina Benetton, graduated in Public Relations and Mass Communication from Boston University, obtained a Master in International Affairs – Law and Diplomacy from Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of Massachussets. Following various professional roles within Edizione Group since 1999, actually she is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Regia S.r.l., director of Edizione Holding S.r.l., Benetton S.r.l. and Fondazione Benetton.

The curriculum vitae of Mrs. Benetton, who will remain in office until the date of the next General Meeting, is available at the Company's website (https://www.atlantia.it/en/corporategovernance/consiglio-di-amministrazione).

As of today as per the Company's knowledge Mrs. Benetton does not own Atlantia's shares.
