BOARD OF DIRECTORS' DETERMINATIONS REGARDING INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR 2019

Rome, 8 November 2019 – In view of the continuing uncertainty surrounding Autostrade per l'Italia and the resulting decision taken by Autostrade per l'Italia's Board of Directors not to pay an interim dividend, today's meeting of Atlantia SpA's Board of Directors has decided not to proceed with payment of the interim dividend for 2019.
