MIDAS TOUCH OY CONCLUDES ITS CO-OPERATION NEGOTIATIONS WITH EMPLOYEES

Revenio Group Corporation Stock Exchange Release, October 14, 2009 at 12.20 pm MIDAS TOUCH OY CONCLUDES ITS CO-OPERATION NEGOTIATIONS WITH EMPLOYEES Co-operation negotiations conducted by the Midas Touch Oy, a subsidiary of Revenio Group Corporation's Services Segment, have been concluded. The negotiations have resulted in the dismissal or shift to part-time contracts of 36 employees. Most dismissals relate to employees who were already laid off. In addition, the companies are prepared to lay off their salaried employees for a maximum of two weeks by the end of 2009. The measures are expected to produce cost savings of EUR 400,000 per year. They will produce a non-recurrent expense of approximately EUR 50,000.
